Digital Design Manager

Design and manage digital marketing content that meets business and branding objectives for Vera Bradley's creative digital channels.
Lead the creative, artistic development of all digital experience initiatives for Vera Bradley's creative digital channels, inclusive of website creative, email campaigns, and integrated paid media content.
Supervise a team of digital graphic designers and freelance resources as applicable.
Collaborate with members of brand marketing/creative, ecomm/UX, and marketing operations to ensure creative integration and execution.
This is a hands-on role.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in digital design daily as well as leading and overseeing a nimble digital design team.

Support the Associate Creative Director in managing digital marketing content in order to create design consistency, support brand strategy, attract new digital consumers and retain loyal consumersEnsure all creative produced is underpinned by a cohesive strategy, on brand, and creatively aligned through all touch points to meet and/or exceed Vera Bradley brand expectationsOversee as well as design and approve a wide range of digital marketing content including e-commerce website, email marketing, and paid media designManage creative digital team and foster cross-functional collaboration between designers, marketing managers, copywriters, and producers to achieve milestones and ensure all digital content is consistent with the Vera Bradley brandParticipate in ideation, concepting and brainstorming sessionsCoordinate development of marketing themes against seasonal creative concepts between designers, marketing managers, and copywritersProvide continuous feedback to designers to create creative consistency, foster personal and professional growth and exemplify excellent leadership amongst digital designers.
Proactively benchmark other ecommerce and content-rich brand websites, both inside and outside of Vera Bradley's competitive set, to stay ahead of current trends and best practicesProtect the Vera Bradley brand image, integrity and consistency wherever and however it appears internally, publicly and digitallyBe a consistent representative of the Vera Bradley Mission, Vision and ValuesIdentify industry standard software and programs to implement across the board to leverage consistency in processes and digital best practices (CMS, design programs, prototyping, task management tools) EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE BA/BS with experience in graphic and digital design7 - 10

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
